In accordance with article 5 of Law Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must send such a request to the Scuola sci Fondo Livigno, and in this regard, by 12:00 AM on the day before the start of the purchased lessons.
This communication must be sent via email to infoscuolascifondolivigno@gmail.com. Once the withdrawal communication is received, the Scuola Sci Fondo Livigno will proceed with the refund.
In the event of factors that make it impossible to attend the lesson (illnesses, traumas, and injuries), the right of withdrawal also applies outside the notice period upon presentation of a medical certificate.
